When will my order ship?
- Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days via USPS/UPS. You should receive an email with tracking once your item has shipped. It may take 24 hours for the post office or UPS to scan and show updates.
I didn't receive tracking confirmation, what do I do?
- Check your junk e-mail folder and if it’s not there you can contact us with your order number and we can get that over.
Are your items in stock and ready to ship
- Yes, all items are in stock and will ship in the 2-3 days time frame unless otherwise stated in the items listing as a PRE-ORDER.
I placed a Mixed order of In Stock items and Pre-Order items, when will it ship?
- Orders placed with both In Stock items and Pre-Order items together, will not ship until all items arrive in stock. Once they arrive the full order will be shipped. If you cannot wait for the in stock items, Please place separate order for those items to ship separately.
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, we ship internationally to select locations. We are working to expand and offer new locations.
Do you have a physical retail location?
- No! We are currently only offer an Online Presence.
Do you offer local pick up or deliveries?
- Contact us if you would like to pick up locally and we will do our best to accommodate.
